Best customer service I have received from anywhere in a long time. Kelly K was very personable and patient when I came in to open an account for my daughter. I will be coming to this location from now on.

We appreciate you stopping by, Ashley! We're happy to hear that Kelly was a big help. We would love for you to visit us again! -Ana

ATM does not let you select your bill sizes. Withdrawing $500 resulted in 5 $20 bills and 8 $50 bills. I’d prefer it to stock just $20 and $100 bills and let me choose the selection.

My friend, Keim L. Baird, M.D., banked there and recommended it to me. I've had a checking account there since 1999. During the lockdown both my license plates were stolen and they helped me make copies of documents to mail to Jefferson City. The employees wrote notes of appreciation to me after I wrote nice notes to them. When I went inside with a note on how I wanted my money back 3 employees thanked me for being organized. I appreciate their ability to show appreciation. They are good people. I'm glad I bank there.

      Response from the owner

Went in today to take care of some stuff and had the blonde lady take care of me. She did everything I asked and was polite. The other girl Christina is the one I dealt with last time and she was so rude I closed my checking. Once I talk my husband into leaving we will close our joint as well. Even today Christina yelled across the small area asking someone something about the night drop. She’s just very unprofessional and will be the reason we leave the bank overall. Until recently we have always had fairly decent service at regions but the quality of people at least at this location has gone downhill.

Will get reported to the fcbp and BBB! I closed my account and they never send me me my check with balance that was left in the account. Now they say an account never existed in my name. Bad choice since I have proves. The best of it is that “April” their supervisor is so rude she screamed at me on the phone and hang up as well. I will not bank with these folks. Choose US Bank instead, is at schnucks ( do your groceries and have ur bank just right there) super convenient. The staff is always so friendly and respectful from here to the moon! This April (Karen) needs to be fired!

      Response from the owner

We're sorry to hear of this situation, Bobby. We've made sure to have a formal complaint filed on your behalf. If you need assistance with anything else, please send us an email to [email protected] with your phone number. -Tyler

I have dealt with quite a few banks in the past twenty years and few, if any, of them have ever provided such abhorrent customer service. Here is the timeline of what happened: Saturday, 8/1/2020 I am contacted by a tenant of mine stating that Regions is holding his paycheck until 8/11/2020 and that he cannot pay his rent even though his paycheck which he deposited on 7/31/2020 at Regions would more than cover it. I advised him that often banks would place holds on new customer accounts and checks, but that such a long period seemed punitive. I, a non-Regions customer, took it upon myself to see if I could level with the bank to determine if they could be less punitive and hold the money any less amount of time -to clarify I understood then that they could not give me any account data, and I did not ask for any, however they could have a reasonable, respectful conversation with me, as they should be willing to do with anyone who is transaction-ally impacted by their banks policies. When I first called I spoke to a teller and explained the situation - being careful to not misrepresent who I was or my relationship to this situation - she quickly informed me that she would have to connect me to the assistant manager as she had no override authority being only a teller. I waited on hold and was greeted by Jacquelyn (SP?) who I again explained my situation to and was asking if there was anything they could do to be less punitive. Jacquelyn quickly informed me that there was absolutely nothing she would do or say to me as I was not the account holder (even though I asked for no account information). She was very hostile at this point and unwilling to have a conversation of any kind. As I was asking her another question she hung up the phone on me. After being hung up on, I drove to the Regions bank branch and sat in the non-customer drive-up line so I could try to finish having my conversation with Jacquelyn - more to get her managers name than anything else. I was informed by a teller that Jacquelyn had stepped out to assist with a broken ATM and would be back in momentarily - I waited. Upon Jacquelyn returning to the building and coming to the drive-up window I asked her "does my voice sound familiar? I am the one you just hung up on". At this point, she got extremely flustered and became even less pleasant to deal with than she already had been. She claimed to have hung up on me because I was being loud, yet I could still hear the air conditioner in my car the whole time, so I couldn't have been very loud. Jacquelyn then asked in a vulgar tone what I wanted to which I replied "an honest apology and for you to treat all people, customers or otherwise, with respect and dignity" to which she said "I have already apologized to you and will not do so again" (she most certainly did not apologize in any way, shape, or form). She then turned her back on the window and would no longer speak - again her way of hanging up on me. However, I had not yet gotten what I came for, her managers name, so I pressed the call button several times before she would act mature, do her job, and answer to which she said "WHAT DO YOU WANT" in a loud, demeaning tone - I asked for her managers name and a card, she was so flustered she could not even manage to hand me a card which was right next to the sliding mechanism for the drive up. After receiving the card, she told me "now leave, otherwise I will call the police" to which I said "on what grounds?" her reply "you are threatening me". Now, it should be noted that at no point had I threatened her in any way. At that moment, I had to laugh as I couldn't do anything but - I had my card in hand and as I was driving away I was so disgusted by her actions I finally caved and called her a profane name, which interestingly she did respond to saying over the loud speaker "that was inappropriate". Folks, do yourself a favor, avoid this branch, Regions bank, and Jacquelyn as they have no interest in treating every human with decency and respect.

This bank has overall negative ratings and I hope management sees that. However, I'm here to tell you why they are worth 5 stars! It's a bank that's full of new state of the art technology and unique services not found at other banking institutions. They're fast, friendly, and ready to tackle your banking needs. They have all-star's on their team and I hope they recognize them. Kat, Chelsie, and Paul. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they don't treat you like just another customer. I feel valued as a customer and appreciated. That feeling is hard to come by these days.

I had an issue at post office where i needed to make a copy of one piece of paper so I swung by the bank and asked for 1 copy. They (teller and manager who were not busy with anything else) said they wouldn't make a copy unless i was a client, vs just being helpful. I own a business and if a neighbor or anyone asked to make a copy I'd do it without thinking twice regardless if they were a client. I then went to Firstbank (where I do bank but didn't tell them when I asked for the copy) a couple miles away and the person was helpful and made a copy. For me banks are similar and it comes to customer service.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. Every time I have been there they are extremely accommodating. I have another Regions location very close to my home but prefer this location due to the extended hours. You do need to be an account holder but that is true of most banks in the area. They are one of the only banks that will notarize free of charge if you hold an account.
