Ken Brown1Used the bank ATM to make a cash credit card payment. The ATM would not take the money but only returned part of the payment less $50. Went into the bank and was told they couldn’t help me, that I would have to call the 800# on the back of the card for help. Called the 800# and was told that the branch should have taken care of me but don’t know why they didn’t. Then was told through the 800# it can take up to two billing cycles to get my cash back.

Wyndie Williams1Came to use the ATM during the pandemic and tried to use the cash station with four others behind me. It didnt work. The buttons wouldn't press. I tried twice. I then went in and after 5 minutes someone surfaced. I told the pregnant lady that work there and she said they can't put a sign up. She said they can't walk to the cash station in or out the building. She knew it was broke. What a complete waste of time. I never heard of such. A lady came right end behind me at the inside cash station and said the same thing that she would put a sign up. Please fix this and have the courtesy to let your customers know that it's out of service. That's the point of a "drive thru" ATM. Thank you.

Shawna Hailey1NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes after being told they'd "be with me shortly". While I waited - unacknowledged, 2 employees engaged in a conversation with a customer about the uniqueness of his wallet. Then proceeded to sign newly arriving customers into the queue for service. When I explained that I needed to be placed in the proper sequence of waiting customers, the was no ownership of the employee's mistake, she proceeded to explain how long I'd have to wait after everyone else in the waiting room was helped. I asked if I could make an appointment (for tomorrow), which the employee replied that I could make an appointment for a future date, but for now I'd have to be the last person in the line. I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES LACK COMMON SENSE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
