  I cannot say enough about these two ladies. They have been the best partners in this purchase that anyone could ask for. Audrey and Shirley went way above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of even if it meant throwing a few punches for me. They were always available and quick to respond. They are amazing women and so sweet to work with. I feel like I have made some great new friends when I needed it. Thank you both for the outstanding effort that you girls put into taking care of me. I will refer The Chillaxin Team to everyone I know because if you give them half the effort that you gave to me, they would be more than completely satisfied.

  From the very first day I contacted the Chillaxin Team I was treated like family. They are very easy to talk to and you can tell they love what they do! Buying a house is a huge commitment and can be scary but they made the process so much better. They checked on us to see how selling our current house was going and offered several options so we could pick what worked best for us. Selling and buying a house at the same time is a game of chance with the timing but thanks to them it worked out perfectly. I felt comfortable knowing that they were taking care of everything and they let me know exactly what they needed throughout the process. We are now in a wonderful new home for our family and can’t thank them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a lender you can trust you have found them!

  Shirley and Audrey were so helpful to my husband and I as first time home buyers! My husband works a lot so I was left handling most of the paperwork initially. I know nothing about what goes into buying a home and the process stressed me out pretty easily! Thankfully both Shirley and Audrey answered my questions and we’re available to me even after usually business hours. They even helped calm me down when I was freaking out and on my way to the bank to have words with the wire department who just “forgot” to send my wire before closing. I really appreciate all they did for us! They are the greatest!

  Audrey and Shirley were totally amazing!! It was such a pleasure to work with them. I was dreading the whole process of getting the mortgage, but working with them was a blessing, they made it a wonder experience! From just chatting with them, to keeping me updated, and in the loop as to what was happening, making sure I had everything I needed , they were complete professionals, and at the same time made me feel like I was important, not just another business transaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and you won’t find better women to work with .., they are the absolute BEST!! I will refer them to everyone I know, and they will have my business in the future!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! !   I have worked with Audrey and Shirley on multiple homes and they are PHENOMENAL! They go above and beyond and you can tell how much they CARE. They are quick to answer questions, make it such a SMOOTH process that I never have to worry about the loan. I know my buyers are safe in their Hands. They even waive their Fees for local Heroes and have gotten interest rates lower than other lenders. They have my business and I HIGHLY Recommend them!
