  I love Ms Miller. The customer service isn't bad but the long lines and wait are soooo unacceptable. How on a Friday the 1st. They only have 1 teller. While the manager gets an attitude being asked if she could step in help. As a business owner and manager my top priority is to accommodate customers. I guess they feel like since we need the bank regardless and its the only one in the area than they'll get our business no matter what. Yes some people could online bank and use atm services to shorten lines but wouldn't it better the establishment if they were to show and teach the older generation to use those items? The manager always seems to be typing on her computer. Why cant she send a banker to the tell station and she accompany other issues that require more assistance? I dont have issues with BOA just this location only.

  ATMs are at this location but is touch screens do not work waste of time don't even go to these ATMs they have been broken for months Bank of America is going downhill

  Extremely RUDE. Manager basically didn't want my business and she let me know. I am a businesswoman, looking to invest in multi family in the area. I intend to call the district manager and report the extremely unprofessional behavior. Too bad...thousands of dollars of potential business lost eith Bank of America. I intend to close my business account with them.

  This is the worst and rudest bank I've ever been in. I have to use Bank of America a few times a year and I would rather drive way out of the way to the Cross Creek location than to have to go to this which is less than 5 miles from my home. I have never had one teller who was not rude and the manager is the rudest of all. It is a shame they are allowed to get away with the way they treat people.

  The lobby is very dirty! Lots of dusty fixtures, AC vents look horrible. I avoid this location as much as possible.

  Worst branch ever ! They don’t know how to treat costumer !!! Hello , is for costumers you have a job .... if you read this !! Is better to drive 5 min to the close branch
