  First off Kelly was outstanding, very professional, very nice and easy to work with. As for her manager, she has no common sense, her job is to check the incomes of the potential clients and not wait until the customer is on her way to sign the paperwork after already being told they were approved to do this and then deny the loan. I also believe she got my income wrong. That is SO NOT A WAY to run a business. I am very very unhappy!!!!

  I’ve been doing business with this office for years. My first loan was back when they were Springleaf. I’ve refinanced a couple of times as well. I’ve always been treated respectfully and been given honest advice. Their interest rate on personal loans is somewhat high but I’ve had credit issues from the past. Overall not a bad place to do business with.

  I have been trying to get in touch with this location and for some reason I can barely can get an answer. Every time I call I get someone says will call me and nothing. Just poor quality customer service. I’ve never had that problem with location on Skibo. Always had my answers right away. I do understand people get busy but at least call customer back like you said you will. So disappointed.

  My fiancee, a disabled veteran, took out a loan using my truck for collateral. He committed suicide a few months later. Had he waited a year their insurance would have taken care of the loan. No further communication from the company on how to proceed until a repo company showed up at my door. I'm still reeling from his death and now this. Disgusting and shameful.

  This business as a whole is very misleading. You complete an application online that informs you instantly that you are approved of a loan. A representative (JoAnne)contacts you congratulates you for your approval, however, informs you that after further review, you will need to submit various documentation for an "actual" approval. Upon reviewing all the information you submit, she then has another team member (Heather) tell you that upon further review, YOU ARE NOT APPROVED! BTW...She was unable to professionally explain why an approval was not granted! This was a complete waste of my time. It took everything out of me to just consider completing an application for a loan online. This place needs to improve their wording online, train their staff, and stop misleading customers! Run far away from this place. PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR CURRENT RATING!!

  One Main Financial, is very courteous and caring about the needs of their customers. My representative explained everything in detail and once I was approved they notified me, so I could have my Heat Pump replaced and installed. I would like to thank my representative for taking special care on my loan. I would recommend One Main Financial to anyone looking for a financial company that put the needs of the customers above their own.

  Got a loan from them when they were Springleaf. Great service. Now that they are One Main never stand a chance of getting another one. As a hard working individual and like so many others we don't get a chance to refinance with them. They send you letters saying your approved than nope it's taken away. Seems like the harder you work the less chance you get any help. Very disappointing.

  Worst place to take out a loan. They tell you that you’re approved then turn around and say you can’t get the loan after making you jump through hoops and give them all sorts of information on everything you could possibly imagine. Tried to take out a loan for $4k to buy a used car because mine is about to fall off the wheels. They tell me i’m approved and we get the ball rolling. Then suddenly they act brand new and tell me I can’t get the loan because I can only take a loan out on a car that I already own and is titled... what kind of sense does that make? How am I going to buy a $4k car without $4k? That’s the whole reason I applied for a f-ing loan! If I had $4k to pull out my a** for a car I wouldn’t be taking out a loan in the first place! And if you know i can’t get a loan here tell me that in the first place and save us both some time!

  This place rips you off!! Even if your broke DONT use money from them!! Customer service sucks too!! My mom got a loan here and nothing was explained like it should have been.. Went over the loan with her 2 weeks later to find out she got robbed I called them.. she said oh well you only have 7 days.. just ridiculous to take advantage of people!!

  It was good in the beginning so I thought when they refinanced my vehicle and even gave me some spare cash but as time goes on it doesn't feel like I'm getting anywhere and when I wanted to borrow more nope they couldn't help me stay away from them!!!
