  Absolutely no help. I was looking for my stolen merchandise and they where no help. Said I mean it could be but with put a serial number can't say it is yours. 🤔 Sounds like they don't want to be out of money. You think they would help seeing it was my 14 yr olds lawn equipment. I guess if you a thief come here. If you want to go to a honest place go somewhere else.

  My go to pawn shop. I don't sell much, I'm usually looking for a good deal. Jerys pawn always has cool stuff at a good price. They have plenty of knowledgeable staff always offering assistance. Good honest broker. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for your help today. 8/7/21 update to original review. Since my original review I have bought several pieces of jewelry including an awesome 1 CT. Solitaire diamond ring. Kyle has helped us with most of our purchase and is a great guy to work with. Of all the local pawn shops in the area tjis place has the most and best looking merchandise. They have a lay away plan, no interest, just make a monthly payment. I highly recommend them.

  I absolutely adore everyone that works here! I have been going here for over a year now probably longer but they have always been amazing to me! The inventory alone is always what you’re looking for or need I swear! Or my timing is just perfect ;) they really have a great team and they will definitely take care of you! Be good to them and I promise they will never let you down. Keep the amazing team you have there because the atmosphere alone when you walk in is just awesome, this is The place you by just to even stop in and have good conversation after a long day at work! I love it here! 10000 stars if I could! See you all soon I’m sure of it!

  Jerry was extremely polite and professional when I called to ask for Denise’s services. He could have had an attitude but he didn’t and that’s really appreciative. I recommend anyone that needs his goods and services to stop by. Denise the Notory is the best at what she does and what she does takes care of business in a professional and speedy manner!!!

  Went looking for a lawnmower. Tristan was the associate that helped me. He and Jose started two mowers for me and even loaded the one I purchased in my Jeep! Great prices, great selection, great people! Will check with them first on my next purchase!! Thanks so much!!

  Always get helped really quickly here whether I'm buying or selling something. All the guys in the store are super polite and helpful. Donna is really nice and helpful too. I don't have much to brag about with the other female employees, but that's due to their own attitude and personalities, or should I say lack thereof. Fair prices and really understand that sometimes financial difficulties happen to even the best of us. I appreciate they're humaneness and willingness to help when I'm in a pinch.

  I have never seen a pawn shop carry as much merchandise as Jerry's Pawn. There is something for everyone. I went in with a friend, with no intention of buying anything. I left 30 minutes later with 2 rings and a bracelet for my granddaughter. They also have an on-site jeweler that handles repairs and there were more than enough employees to help customers.

  Every employee and manager alike are very helpful and will get what you want. I personally regularly visit the gun shop. If they don't have it in stock. They can get it in stock. And their prices are great. Blows Guns Plus, Jim's, and Gander out of the water on used and new weapons. They have a great atmosphere in the store. It feels like a friendly mom and pop shop. The only suggestion I would give is. Make the leap to a dedicated gun store in Hope Mills. Besides that, It's great!! I will continue doing business with this location. As long as you guys are there. I will be. Thank you!!

  Great people and awesomely professional. I bought a LG stereo system recently. The personnel took time to hook up the unit for me and also packaged it and loaded it in our vehicle for a secure trip back to Pennsylvania. They even bubble wrapped it!! Im impressed every time I shop there. Also my wife loves her jewelry!! Thank you again (Jery's Pawn)!!! Brian Hoffmaster
