  Not helping the worst branch, they are doing nothing just chit chat and pretending they are busy, specially the american African receptionist.i will cancel my checking account just because of this branch i will go somewhere else where they value the customer

  I am not a banking customer, but have a BOA mortgage and have needed to fax documents at this branch multiple times. They are always very accommodating and pleasant, even though it takes a long time to fax all of the pages required. While I wait in the lobby for the fax to be sent, they are always very nice to the customers who come in. If I ever needed to switch banks, I would consider using BOA and this branch.

  Came in to replace my debit card after loosing it.. I’ve had this happen twice before at other locations and both times it took close to an hour to take care of. The gentleman that assisted me at this location had me in and out! Probably spent 20 minutes taking care of everything... great efficient service.

  Not helping staff. They ask me to come (they check all the requirenment) and didnt help at all.
