  I come here regularly and service and wait time is standard , however today, it's Saturday in March 2022 and it's a different experience. The line is out the door. There is at least 5 employees here however only one is working the teller window. The floor is discussing. There dirt, mud, and debris is everywhere. There is even broken glass on the floor in the corner.

  Deposited $1600 into their drive up atm all new bills. The machine only read $800 and didn’t allow me to continue with my transaction. They outsource their atm management. So basically you’re out of lucky completely if something like this occurs. They originally gave an $800 credit then reversed it a couple weeks later. I’m still waiting to hear from Bank of America. Very horrible customer service. The tellers inside this branch, push you to use the atm service outside instead of depositing inside. I wonder why? Very disappointed with the handling of my claim. Unacceptable.

  Terrible experience. Was going through a lot already with a legal issue and all I wanted to do was cash a check that was given to me from BANK OF AMERICA! The manager and the teller never even looked up the check all they said was "no deposit only" I then explained that I had just cashed a check from the lynbrook branch of the same amount just a couple weeks ago. They still said no. They never looked up anything. So I took the check back and went to lynbrook and HAD NO PROBLEM. The manager and teller should learn from them in lynbrook and actually want to help their customers, instead of turning them away because they didn't want to spend the time DOING THEIR JOB. I will never go back to that branch.

  I was just here to ask about some questions regarding my checks. So whatever The questions I ask them. They said responded is : (( I think they stop doing it , I think etc , etc )). Are they not able to check with someone else before they responded the customers. She never mention anything about if she could do something beside giving me the number from customer services .
