  Great atomosphere in here! I was helped out by Richie at the Front Desk, who set me up with Jordan! Jordan walked me through all the offerings and added value opportunities when creating my checking account. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Happy to have good people closeby!

  All 3 staff members (I am sorry if i misspelled their names - Faye, Jordan, Carlene) at the branch were awesome in completing my transaction and answering any questions that I may have had. If they didn't have an answer they picked up the phone and got the answer. They were personable and made me feel like I was more than an account number.   This branch is what you hope to find in your community. Helpful people, local people, a real down-to-earth feel. Jordan Kaplan, one of the reps over there, was and is a member of just about every community I’ve known in the large sense by complete coincidence. Talking to him first time was as if I knew him for longer than having just met him. The visit and the interaction was not sterile, but warm and as human as it gets. I’m relieved there’s a branch for my CU in my community. I definitely recommend stopping by Jovia of Oceanside!

  Dedicate staff. Great customer Service. I’ve been with jovia for about 2 years. I got my savings, checking and car loan with them. Best banking decision I have ever made.

  Hey man I got a lot of good things to say about this branch! They help me all the time and im quite a pain in the you know what! If anything this is the only Jovia branch I go to. Handle all my business accounts with them, got me approved for a CC when I was first starting out and the ATM's have live teller service before 5pm. Give these people a break! Its a bank not a SPA. Credit unions move a little slower, but if they are too slow for you then go to chase! Thanks to the Oceanside branch!
