Brianne Muscente1The customer care and service has decreased dramatically since NEFCU changed to JOVIA. They operate with a big bank perspective and little concern how they may be able to assist the people who have held accounts with them for 20 years.

Erica Lopez1Went in to open up a business account waited a half an hour to then be told I had to make an appointment otherwise I couldn’t be seen… I am currently a member there and now I will be opening up a business account at another bank… I have never experienced such poor customer service before.

LISA TOMPKINS1If I could give them a zero I would. I have had to deal with them several times and they are rude, incompetent, and the least helpful bank I have ever dealt with. I can’t wait to be done with this bank. They can’t get out of their own way.

Dorota Sz1Very disappointed! Called Jovia at Rockville center before coming to check if the coin machine is working, was informed that it does, but upon arriving I was met with disappointment because it didn’t and no one knew anything about me calling ahead of time. You like to use my money but do not value my time, not professional.

drea Jo1Debit card machine isn’t working. Wish someone would’ve call me and let me know before I travel all the way there. Been without a card since Wednesday and now i have to miss work again to try and get another card.... time to switch banks

I also miss Libby!!! Now retired but astounding gentility and personability every time we interacted! This is a place where "EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME"!!!! I should have opened an account sooner but grateful that I finally did with these lovely people. Go NEFCU of ROCKVILLE CENTRE!!!!!! GIVE TINA AND PAUL A PROMOTION AND A RAISE!!!!!!!
