      this is a review of BofA as a whole, not just this one location. It's been a slow downward spiral for this company. Every year it gets worse, with awful customer service, long waits in line, & now reduced hours. We left our branch a few years ago, but when we moved I thought I would try them in a new state. It was WORSE then the one we just left! I couldn't figure out WHY they went downhill so quickly...now I see they only want to do business with immigrants & non white customers? Ok then, good luck with that! Keep using your customers cash to play racial politics. We will take our cash elsewhere !

      Horrible experience at the Pahrump NV branch. Iwatched an elderly lady stressed for no reason. The tellers were helping someone who defiantly should of made an apt to sit down with someone and another teller who was too busy talking about the COVID then helping the big line of frustrated customers waiting. The supervisors were sitting back watching and not overseeing any of this. Just a shame that the service was so bad that it makes me ready to pull out my money and go to another bank. I walked out! Unexceptionable!

      Why dont they answer their phones? We are away in another state and need to talk to someone at the location .. cant get through because they never answer we just sit for hours on an endless loop being sent back to main menu, voice menu then on hold back to main menu again.... Not going to take a 6 hour flight just to ask a question.

      I loathe walking into this place. One good experience out of 15, max. The older lady always repeats your account number as she writes them down, hello? The handicapped seat is a joke, they ignore you. Then ask you to stand at the window anyway. I pass out if I stand too long. And don't dare complain, they tell you to wait your turn. The lady with super long hair is the least professional of them all and she is there to help? If I go in my wheelchair or with my service dog I get better service but still lacking any other bank in my 62 years. Definitely a group not aware of invisible illness. If only they could see themselves from the customer perspective. The lines are always long. The only one that seems effective is the tall young man and the lady with long hair treats him like an idiot. I hope he gets a better job and supervisor at his next job, why should he take that treatment. Our out of state house has a pending offer. As soon as we do not need to do business there we will continue on with a bank that knows what service is and has a drive up window to accommodate the elderly and disabled.

      At B of A in Pahrump Nevada I have always had good courteaus service from the tellers. They are all friendly and helpful. I have not had any type of a bad situation. For sure you do not feel rushed, you just get good down home friendly service with a smile.

      This bank is the worst bank I've ever . No one can answer the phone, can't call and check on a cashiers check causing a customer to lose over 5500 dollars and they have the slowest customer service of bank I've been to. Also, try and get phone service from this bank on a Saturday. Good luck with that. I spent an hour trying to talk to a human and it never Happened. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BANK, THIS IS NOT THE BANK FOR YOU....

      Only one teller all the time even though there is 7 employees working in branch.30 minutes minimum to get anything done. Horrible customer service. Two employees asking people in line what you need done.

      Bank of America in Pahrump does move at a slower pace than most B of A's I do business with. I find the tellers friendly and courteous and have had no problems with my transactions. Try to relax and enjoy the experience it helped me a lot and I found it helped me develope an appreciation for the slower pace.

      They are the most unhelpful place ive ever banked at!! Hope they are happy with loosing another loyal customer. Darlene was very unhelpful and i hope the next time i go to this bank is to close my accounts and put them behind me. Worst place EVER!
