  The outside ATMs are often not working. Very frustrating. They need to write down your balance when you deposit money. I'm constantly asking them to give me a balance.

  They are always very helpful & virtuous when I visit a branch. I mostly go to the Pahrump branch, but when I have needed help in Las Vegas, the service was just as pleasant & efficient. I expect to be with them for a long time.

  Yesterday I saw the new Branch Manager Cody open a window to help with the long line that existed. That is customer service!

  Horrible Service. The staff are RUDE and CONDESCENDING! Wow, they act like my money is there money. I think it is time to do away with banks and be my own personal banker. God help the next person who does business with this bank.

  Slow customer service. Talk about laid back this branch is it. All the associates seem stressed yet business proceeds slowly. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but I am still waiting as I compose this......

  my wife and i opened 3 " no fee accounts " a few yeare ago , but now they slipped in a 6.00 fee for each account . smiths us bank has no fee for 65 and older . sleezy !
