  They will over charge you and then try to cover up their tracks. Once you bring item home and it doesn't work properly they will charge you to put back on the shelves. If they did this to 3 people a day they will make an extra 100k a year.. go to walmart for better deals

  I walked into the Pahrump Super Pawn I feel with high expectations like most people do. The employee who assisted me was very polite & professional & the manager has a job to do like anyone else! I'm grateful for what I was able to get & not treat the store employees rude at all like other customers do on a daily basis! It's a Pawn Shop, they're working hard with negative people in the public and they have feelings like anyone else! I actually recommend going here or to any Las Vegas location. Just don't go in with a bad attitude & act negative because you're ultimately making yourself look bad! Treat people the way you'd like to be treated. ⭐⭐Five⭐ stars⭐⭐ all the way!

  This pawn shop is a joke . They sold me a tool that didn’t work then charged me a restocking fee for returning it. The customer service here is terrible as I was waiting in line and the lady helped the man that was behind me before helping me . His issue was that they charged him for the wrong item and the gal helping him knew already so that’s why she skipped me to help him . Probably to cover her own mistake . Then they acted like they were doing me a favor for refunding me a portion of my money for returning a tool that did not work. I called district manager and they never called me back . Poor customer service and idiots working there . Was also looking at a computer while waiting in line that said 8gb ram and 500gb hard drive and pulled up the specs on the computer and it was 2 gb ram and 120 gb hard drive . These people should be held accountable for misinformation and false advertising . I will never spend another dollar at this place . What a joke .

  Don’t ever consult with someone here when they are buying a gun. If you consult them on a specific firearm you must get a background check and buy the gun for them (straw purchase) because that’s super pawns policy. If you touch a gun that someone else is buying, you have to pass a background check and buy it yourself…. For them….. They also blame Ukraine for high gas prices if that tells you anything about this place.

  Very nice staff, BUT! Made a purchase on 3/22. Staff said he NEEDED my ID as they start an 'account' with every purchaser??? Didnt happen. I summoned the manager and she was able to complete the sale without my name, address, DOB, NV dl# etc. Big tech wants it all folks! . .

  It was like trying buy and sell from a psycho ward,there was people there talking to Ken on stuff that I had already looked up and making opinions that I did not need to to know and where negative toward the product I brought in? I did not know these people and I was trying to get enough money to buy a digital camera there, I will buy one the EZ Pawn Boulder HWY Henderson if they have one,this never happened at this store?

  Went in to pay on my item and was told I was a day too late, someone changed my due date from the 10th of the month to the 9th without giving me any notice. I have always paid on the 10th. Beware when doing business with this company.

  I was treated with respect and was helped by 3 people because what I was doing wasn't easy. Even though it was closing they made sure all was done right.

  The superpawn is always very helpful and quick to answer questions, however I the new system in place that requires so much personal information to make a purchase, even under $5 is unnerving.
