      I don't understand why this place has such poor reviews. I went online and made my appointment for Thursday @ 12:30 and arrived around 10 minutes early and it was such a peaceful afternoon too. There was this amazing woman who greeted us named Katie. She said it was her first week back, so welcome back! And the person who helped me open my checking and savings account was another wonderful woman named Raghida (pronouned Ra-he-ta). She's a relationship manager and leading specialist! Amazing service and answered all my questions! Glad to be banking with Bank of America!

      Talked to Ryan And one of the tellers, very professional and helpful. Needed a counter check at 3:57 pm just before closing time, got it with no problem. Love B ofA and the people.

      Went in for a a cashiers check and it was very quick and easy. No wait in the morning. Cashier was very friendly and helpful! Great experience, highly recommend for any banking needs!

      I was waiting for 20 minutes to do a wire transfer and she came to me said so we can do it we’re too busy the worst bank ever they only had two people and six workers The worst service ever What’s the point of putting your money in the bank and they control you

      I'm from out of state, banking out of state, and couldn't cash a check. No explanation nor solution regarding it. Went to a different branch and had no issues.

      My business has been banking with bank of America for over 20 yrs. I have been completely dis satisfied the past year. This location stopped doing drive threw which makes no sense with the virus and now they have only have one teller. I cringe when i have to go to the bank because i know i will wait in a long line. To make matters worse someone greets people standing in a long line.. How about instead of greeting people become another teller?I mentioned this and apparently this comes from corporate .They need to do something soon.. Or im banking elsewhere

      I've been with Bank of America for over 30 years and I am totally frustrated. The branch was open last week but closed now. They never answer the branch phone (7 calls in the last 5 business days) so I can't know if they will ever open again. When I went to make a wire transfer last week there was no one in this branch (or 5 other branches they called) that was able to do so. When I go in for any service requests it takes a MINIMUM of an hour do get anything done - even with an appointment. I get so much better service from my credit union and will be closing all of my accounts (whenever they open as I can't close it online!!!!).

      I visit this branch 2-3 times a month and there is ALWAYS 1 bank teller, the lines are ridiculous. I thought about opening up an account with BOA to make my transactions easier but after experiencing the long lines I think I will pass. I wish there was a more convenient way for me to deposit money into my Mom's account.

      Small business banker - Jon - never picked up any phone during the COVID and PPP loan program timeline. He did not return multiple voicemails either. None of the bank's online information had any other phone line to reach. Website page information is generic. No idea on the status of the application and whether they received documents that are sufficient or not.
