  The staff at Community Choice are wonderful! They are extremely polite and timely even if the presence of rude members that get angry at the staff for following extremely reasonable policies such as asking for an ID. Keep up the good work!

  Went into the CU with a big transaction and was greeted by 2 nice tellers. The teller who took care of me was very helpful and friendly. She made the experience a breeze and all within a few minutes. Thank you!

  This morning, after I had conducted routine deposits into my joint savings account, the branch manager and staff counseled me regarding how to achieve Emerald status. The in-depth explanations had made sense. And I saw the light and then took necessary steps to meet the requirement. Many membership benefits and monetary gains would follow.   working all around Michigan, it's nice to have a financial institution that doesn't treat you like you're a child or you don't know how to handle your finances. I love going to any CCCU and getting top notch service!

  I have banked with CCCU through a few mergers and for about the last 20 years, since my parents set up an account when I was just a teenager with Research Federal. I am a small business owner and have both business and personal accounts with them. This particular branch has super friendly staff and they know me by name, though I don't go in that often. That kind of service just isn't common enough any more. I've visited other branches of CCCU and had the same friendly experience, even if they didn't know my name. After attempting to deal with the big banks being a small business owner, it's nice to be treated like a human being and feel that your business is something the credit union genuinely wants, and they want to help. I am a loyal fan.

  Lizzete, The manager of the Troy facility took the time to Really listen To my concern and issue and then help assist me in the right direction. She is an exceptional leader! I certainly appreciate her understanding my circumstance and taking the time to facilitate a resolution. One can only wish that more people in business and in our world would be of this quality!   I went to this branch to file a dispute and get a new card. Not only did they help me with understanding the process but they also did it in such a timely manor that I was able to make it to my event after. they greeted me with smiles and very warm personalities. needless to say they made banking simple.
