Michael is professional in every sense of the word - from his attire to his demeanor, he projects confidence and competence. But what sets him apart from other loan officers is his intentionality. Michael takes the time to get to know his clients, their needs and their goals. He then tailor-makes a loan package that best suits them. This level of customization is rare in the industry, and it is a testament to Michael's dedication to his clients. On top of that, Michael is brave. He is not afraid to take on difficult cases and fight for his clients. He knows the ins and outs of the loan process and is always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients get approved. In short, Michael is an excellent mortgage loan professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.

  What an awesome experience I had with Mike! He was always there to answer whatever question I had throughout the process and always made sure I completely understood before we finished the conversation.   Michael was a great help with the refinancing process. He was able to secure a lower rate for me and I am now paying less monthly on my loan. He was very patient with my situation, as there were quite a few headaches along the way (all on my end from my previous lender, not due to Michael) and he helped keep me grounded with the situation as I was becoming very frustrated about it. Michael truly cares about helping people and making them better off, so I highly recommend working with him. Not only did he make it easy, he is very open, honest, and trustworthy, so you can rest assured that you were well taken care of.

  We couldn't be happier with our experience. Michael did a phenomenal job working with us every step of the way with efficiency and professionalism. He offered us an attractive mortgage rate, low fees compared to other lenders & we closed fairly quickly. I really appreciate his expertise, knowledge, communication and speed. We were able to eliminate the mortgage on our vacation home with a cash out refinance, got an incredibly low rate on our primary residence and cut the length of our mortgage in half! We highly recommend Michael!

  Mike was great all the way through our home buying process. We had lots of issues with the appraisal/inspection, outside of his control, but Mike powered through it all and was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage consultant. John P.

  Michael at Reliance was amazing. Very kind and personable individual. Very helpful and knowledgeable as well. He kept me well informed through the entire process of my refinance.   He got me conserved when the big banks said no because I am self employed. My family is in a home now that we wanted to buy and it was made possible by Michael! You won't find anyone that stays on top of things and respond quickly anytime, early or late in the day, as much as him.

  Great job Mike. Quick and easy process all the way through. Start to close about a week and a half. Very happy, lowered my percentage rate and sould save me a bunch of money. Thanks again Mike!!
