  I don’t know where these people got their reviews but I must say that I met ones of the nicest people. I went there for one help and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are really helpful. Thank you Patrick Pittman and David You guys are the best

  Understaffed. Had to move my accounts as I thought I would lose my mind every time I had to do something at this branch. If you are not going to staff it, close it. (This problem existed pre-COVID.)

  They spent all this time branding as being all about customer service & a friendly bank but then they shut down the drive throughs, limited their hours and don’t answer their phones.

  It's sad to say that I agree with the majority of people on this review. I literally can only get connected with someone when I log into my business account. I have been with boa for a number of years but im starting to become really disappointed in the services I receive from them. The only reason why im giving them 2 star is because, i understand people have jobs to do and for the most part they are not rude

  Terrible branch and terrible company to do business with. They don't answer the phone in their bank, the automated system seems purposefully set up to aggravate customers into giving up trying to reach someone, and they have reduced banking hours for no legitimate reason. Go across the street and you can get free checking accounts at RELNCE bank, don't waste $12 a month at Bank of America!

  Have to move my safe box to this location as Webster branch is closing. I have attempted to call and find out procedure . I have called five time and know one answers ! How do you stay in business ?
