  I cannot recommend a bank more highly than Triad. As a small business owner, I have received invaluable support, particularly from Ron Horak & Amber Rainge, but everybody there oozes customer service. "Oh they only have one branch!", I worried at first, needlessly. But with the remote deposit technology, the fast friendly on-line platform, on top of a very easily accessed central location, I could not be happier.

  Absolutely phenomenal service for personal and corporate banking. Todd Meier and Tamara Sutton Reed are incredibly helpful and have met all of my personal and business banking and financing needs, exceeding all expectations, far surpassing any of my prior banking experiences (which were all positive)..... Triad Bank just takes it to a much higher level because of the superb personal service.

  I recently decided to move my account from PNC who was closing my local branch. I have been very pleased with the attentiveness of all the bank personnel especially Amy. When I go in to deposit a check they are extremely helpful. I am very pleased that Triad has chosen to invest in cannabis businesses. My only criticism is that they have FOX news on their TV. Change the channel!
