Jeff G5I wanted to let you all know about a very special and wonderful employee at the 5470 S, Central Blvd, Jupiter, FL 33458 Abacoa branch. She is the manager there, and her name is Laura Jones. I just moved to Florida from California, where I had many experiences with the staff there, some good, and some very poor service also. I was thinking about looking for a better service oriented bank here in Jupiter, but stopped first at your local branch to check it out. I can tell you that Laura is the BEST manager I have ever met, and not only was very professional and helpful, she anticipated my needs and offered services even before I asked!

Tim Feld5I have been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years and visited many different branches. Yolanda at the Abacoa branch has by far given me the best service I have ever received at Bank of America. She advised and help me get two credit cards that fit my needs. It never felt like she was trying to sell me something but actually trying to look out for my best interest. That is definitely unique in the banking business. I greatly appreciate Yolanda's help and recommend her to any Bank of America customer.

Maria Torres1Their system refused to cash my check as if it was fraud... I usually always go to the bank on 45th... But today that location was out my way. I NEVER have an issue cashing my check and it is the same check from the same payee that I always cash... Now I am a Hispanic Female. I am also on crutches momentarily due to an ankle injury. I really feel discriminated and very humiliated as a hispanic female. When the issue with my check and the computer system was taking place. The bank tellers waived it as if it was not a serious issue. I explained to them that I had an x amount in my bank account and that my employer made a mistake of not paying me, my full hours worth. So they issued me a check that I desperately needed x amount at the moment. I had to pay my podiatrist. I explained all of this to the teller in a calm polite respectful manner. The teller did not seem certain of what to do. So she asked the other teller next to her, for help. That teller dismissed me as if my issues was not a matter of urgency. Which made me upset. So I agreed to return after my dr. Appointment in hopes to cash my check and speak to a manager since I was already late to my appointment.... Plus the tellers told me I needed to wait WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE BANK AS A CUSTOMER! There was absolutely nobody else there. So I left like I was being refused service. So I decreetly left. I went to my dr. Only to find out that my account was now frozen. If the bank teller would have just listened to me and take my concerns serious at the time being I could have avoided a lot of fustration and inconvenience. The banks computer system was not working properly but because I am hispanic it was not a big deal to them. So when I returned to the bank I asked for immediate help and yes I did have a different attitude because they were all ignoring me. I asked to speak to a manager and all I got were absent stares... No one acknowledged me. No one asked me what my concerns were. So it was not until I made the statement "If I were white I would receive immediate service." Then a manager finally came out with no remorse to my fustration or asked me what do I need. All she told me was that I needed to wait and that I was over the top... I am certain if I were white I would have been treated better... Now as though this may all seem to be petty. Let me explain my experience at the other bank location on 45th. I get out of my vehicle I approach the door. Two security guards assisted me by opening the door. I was greeted by a professional staff member. I didn't wait in line long. Since there were tellers that were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I approached the teller and she was extremely friendly and very quick at solving my issues with my check. She informed me of what exactly what was wrong and how to address it. I was able to cash my check without needing a manager's help or having to speak with them. The TELLER who assisted me was also hispanic. I to resolve a lot more in a lot less time without a managers assistance at the 45th location.... Verses the jupiter location where I was told something was wrong with my check and I needed to wait on a manager. No one gave an estimated time of how long I needed to wait. I was treated like a worthless unimportant and poorly valued customer... I am not happy with jupiters service. I know what to expect when I walk into a bank and the white staff at Jupiter was completely incompetent and extremely careless of resolving my money issues. I will never return there, ever. I guess I need to stick to a location where it is diversed and I am treated like a human being and not like an animal because of my skin color.

Albert hernandez5I walked in with a few questions about my credit cards and the possibility of receiving an auto loan. I worked with Maggy. I have to say I really appreciate how genuine and helpful she was. She took a great deal of time to help me with my situation, and now I’m A LOT less stressed out about buying a car. If you bank here, speak to Maggy

Sheriese Gansz2Recent unexpected closures have been very frustrating. Friday 3/19 I went at 4:15 pm to make a deposit. It was closed. Hours on the door said Friday open until 6 pm. No notice explaining reason for closure. NOT customer firefly

Nicole Peron1Never got any service at this branch Dona the teller would be chatting with customers and neglect her duties! This branch is gone down Jill. Don’t waste your time and go there unless you are one of their friends.

Dustin Franco1Every Friday there is only two ladies trying really hard to keep up with the flow of people coming to cash or deposit. It is ridiculous how long clients have to wait while there are plenty of other employees walking around that could help when the line gets long. The two older ladies should not have to deal with all the frustration of their clients while having to attend to the line inside and the tellers outside.
