  This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever encountered. Slow, unorganized, and. completely inefficient. Was told essentially that my needs were too difficult to fix and I would have to figure it out for myself. Avoid this branch at all costs! If you do find yourself here, expect to wait 45 minutes to an Hour before a representative will help you. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

  If you're considering a bank to do buissness with then run the other way from this place . An unorganized mess . This particular branch has one teller only and she is VERY rude . Also the atmosphere in this place is akin to the twilight zone. Bizzare to say the very least . They're policies are ridiculous as well

  This bank just opened a few months ago. They closed three branches within 10 minutes of me and opened this one branch. Today there was a sign posted that said temporarily closed until further notice. I’ve been a client for 30 years but I’m looking for another bank. BOA has become unreliable. You can’t count on them to be there. It’s ridiculous

  I have no idea what kind of fool designed this place, but it is a black hole of wasted time..tried to get a simple issue fixed and it took way longer than a normal bank interaction should. Huge waste of time and I regret stepping foot in this place

  What a joke. The only branch that is still open nearby and the one teller window is closed because "the systems are down". Really?

  Waited in line 45 minutes to get a cashier's check. Companies don't make 10 billion dollars every quarter by treating their customers with respect. Think about it.

  Trying to find a new bank to set up an account. Went to different ones in the area and was able to gather all of the information from them without any issues. Stopped at BoA and unless you give them your license or social security they will not serve you. Waited over 10 minutes in that dark building and I couldn't stand it any more. Perhaps other branches are more respectful, but customer service is not on this banks priority.

  Tried Refinancing my car, They denied me when I found out the Loan from Wells Fargo was upsidedown 1 yr later. When I asked for the reason, I had to call in twice to find out why. Wells Fargo and BOA have both been shown to be racially in balanced in practice. I now see why. By time you are aware of what they are doing with interest rates, it's to late “RACE: Are We So Different?” exhibit at the Rochester Museum & Science Center.

  Friendly employees. Bank of America as whole does nothing to actually help me. Money was extorted from me and they said oh well sorry. They will be losing me as a customer. I got my mortgage last month from another bank because they didn't have the correct info were not willing to listen and the other bank gave me a MUCH better rate. Not very flexible with their hours. #canandaiguanationalbank
