  Contrary to most I had a positive experience twice at this location recently. I stopped in due to issues with a branch more local to me. The teller, Rahi took the time to help me after what was a long line on a Friday afternoon. He set me up with an appt where I met with Shelbee who was very helpful solving the issue I had and creating a plan forward. I do agree that this location is probably busy enough for an expansion/extra staff, but that is out of control of the good people in the branch. Enter with patience and a few minutes to spare and you'll find them very helpful.

  Worse customer service I have ever received. And this is not the first time this branch has been terrible. Refused to cash a check because my middle initial was missing. I even offered to call the person who wrote the check to confirm. No go. I had to go to the East Providence BoA.

  This place has fees for fees. Its not a bank that cares about its customers. It's about the money. They also tried to knock my bank Rockland Trust. They can't compare to Rockland. It took 23 minutes for me to cash a check that was drawn from them. Ridiculous. As a business owner I would never do business with them.

  Everytime I unfortunately have to do business here I walk into a line of no less than 4 people and there is only 1 teller, on some rare occasions a second. However im always asked by a non teller employee if I need assistance, after telling them the reason for business there they tell me wait in line. There should be 1-3 more tellers and 3 less useless employees walking around

  Honestly don't think I've ever been to a BoA branch with staff as bad as this location. Not friendly, knowledgeable, or quick in anyway. If I had to visit this branch on a daily or weekly basis I would move my accounts to a different bank ASAP.

  Always a long line, with only 1 teller. If you're trying to call them, forget it. They don't answer the phone.

  Long waits but very helpful staff. If you going during rush hour, the line can take over 15 minutes each. Very easy location to access though.
