  Best person to go it if need assistance with a mortgage. You can count on him to be trustworthy and keep up updated at every step. He helped us get a better rate and cut years off our mortgage. We have used Jarred previously in the past to refinance a mortgage and just like last time he was fantastic. This last mortgage was very complicated and Jarred and his team work extremely hard to work through the birds nest and get us out of the mess and into a much better situation.

  I am so very grateful for Jarred and Linda at Semper home loans. They went above and beyond to help me achieve the goal of buying my first family home. The whole process is overwhelming and a little nerve wrecking. However, with Jarred and Linda on the case it went smoothly and I was able to breathe.   I have recently purchased my home, and it was thankful to Semper Home Loans, I have so much respect and appreciation for all the team members of Semper Home Loans, especially for Jarred, Linda and Amanda, a big thank you to you all. The first day I talked to Jarred about needing a mortgage loan , I knew from that moment on that I had found the best of best. He explained everything about getting a mortgage loan with so much professionalism and knowledge. The whole team worked non stop to make sure I was able to get the best loan, and rate possible. They were awesome in educating me, and helping me navigate throughout the loan process, that now I know so much about it . They explained every step of process to me, and were always there for me, for any questions that I had. The communication was very excellent, that I always felt so comfortable with the amount of information I was provided with. I trusted them with everything and it was worth it.   While many lenders offer similar services, Jarred & Linda offer a personal service. From start to finish your never in doubt with your process , every step of the way we knew exactly what was going on. Purchasing or refinancing this is the only place to deal with.

  Jarred, Linda and Tara were very thorough in their due diligence throughout the entire process and very transparent and patient with me, especially being a first time home buyer. There we're many stumbling blocks along the way (since i was purchasing a new build), but Jarred and his team stayed firm in their approach throughout the process and always had my best interests in mind! I would definitely recommend using Semper Home Loans to anyone in the market looking for a mortgage broker!

  Jarred and Linda Minieri are the ultimate duo. They tailor their work to BE exactly what you need. If you're experienced and need a quick refinance, they'll make it easy and simple. If you're brand new to the mortgage world, they'll walk through every step of the way with you. Every question/call was always answered, and every concept was broken down into easy to understand logic. They're the definition of genuine, and more than willing to help in anyway they can.   If you're looking for someone that is a well seasoned expert and knows this industry in and out, look no further than Jarred Minieri. He was able to cater our loan to exactly what we needed; a lower down payment and a lower rate that beat out all the competition. Not only that, when it came time to closing he took the extra time to review with us all the specific fees, and saved us extra money on things that our own lawyers missed.   I started this year with no plan to buy a house and my finances weren’t exactly in order. Jarred spent so much time getting to know my wife and I as first time home buyers. He gave us some strategies to do like advise me to pay off school loan and car in order to increase our financial buying power. He spent so much time with me coaching me what to do and this was tremendous help. We found our dream home and he made a video for the sellers and listing agent and he was one of the key factors we had our offer accepted. I can honestly say I went from knowing almost nothing to knowing so much at this point after working with Jarred. He spent so much time on the phone and sent out videos explaining everything. It’s a real game changer. Linda was also fantastic at working on our file to be able to get us to this point of being cleared to close. She was communicative and kept our file organized. Jarred and Linda are a dream team and I would recommend them to my closest family and friends. Thanks a million Jarred and Linda!
