  It’s always very good to have people who have the experience and also know what they are doing to always help you out. It makes life easy, and things also move faster. Tim Dion was a good experience. I have worked with him on two different occasions now during the purchase of my new home, and also during the refinancing. He has never been a disappointment.   Have you ever closed on a house in 1 month? Well, I have!! 😁 And Sergio Dalomba at Nations Lending played a huge part in making this home buying process fast and successful. We hit a snag with one of the credit bureaus and Sergio continuously followed up with them until the issue was resolved, which I really appreciated. Also, Sergio and his team send out informational emails explaining where we were in the process and what my partner and I needed to do. Submitting and signing our documents was extremely easy too. The software that nations lending uses is simple and I submitted/signed most of mine right from my phone. We just received the keys to our dream house yesterday!!
