One teller!at window? not good customer service at this bank !no branch manger on property gone they said.. Chase hire more help terrible. chase you can do way better! for your customers Way better.. That was 4 months ago. Today 08/21/21 still terrible! one teller. Machines😒 people waiting outside For customer service to do bank business is poor service! Drive thru still one lane for a teller terrible Service today as well. Wont be back! tried them again! nope wont waste my time! I wont fast service drive up And go 😒😔

Camila Balderas5I came into this branch to open my account a few weeks ago. I wanted to take the time to write a review how this whole team did an excellent job from the time I came in to the minute I left. First, they had a young lady that went back and forth getting people signed in and keeping up up to date with how long it was going to be to being seen. The wait time was a little longer than I wanted to stay, however I needed to my account opened. I witnessed a lady come in and say she needed to speak Kim. There were several people waiting to be seen and I overheard the conversation taking place that all she needed was Kim. The lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and explains to the lady signing people in she didn’t have time to wait and just slip her in so that she could have the banker just print her off something. I was thinking to myself I’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes at this point I’m not going to be skipped. The manager, KIM finished up with her customer and then stepped out to take the next person, in which the Hispanic lady tried to squeeze in before everyone else. Kim explained to the customer that she could definitely schedule an appointment for her to come back in, and the lady lost it. Saying she can’t stand this bank and it wouldn’t take her that long to print off what she needed, and answer a couple of questions. Deep down I was thinking how you gonna try to bully your way in front of all the people that had been waiting patiently. Kim handled the situation so professionally, and I genuinely felt so bad for the way that she was treated. I was referred her by a family friend and was told to see Kim. I can see why, Kim was so professional, answered all my questiones, and was able to set everything up and show me more than what I ever imagined a bank had to offer. Best thing is my digital debit card. You can tell she is passionate about her job, and the employees seem to love their jobs as well. Great overall feeling when coming to this Chase.

Pepper Ann1Go to another Chase where the workers actually want to be at work. They make everything difficult when it doesn't have to be. They are not knowledgeable of what chase can and cant do and they also provide false information. This location actually made me want to withdraw all my money and go risk it all with wells fargo thats how bad the service is.

K T1it seems like bank teller might be having a bad day, I understand. however, they have 2 drive up lanes for convenient deposits and withdrawals.....however the personal one is closed, but the business one is open. The bank teller can come to me and inform me that I have to come inside if it's for personal use and not business use. I have used a business lane before for personal accounts. I come inside to someone who doesn't seem like they want to further accommodate me. due to my experience I am now closing my business and personal account with chase. There are too many banks out there that will provide the customer service that my money is paying for. I've been to bank of America and wells Fargo and have been treated MUCH better. corporate might need to scrutinize this branch a little harder.

Elizabeth S.1I use the business drive-thru most of the time. Sometimes they forget the deposit slips which are very much needed for the business that I work in in order to keep stuff on file. Some of these bank tellers are rude. Of course they do what is needed to be done but you can tell by their face that they don't really care. I can honestly say there is only 2 nice people at this locations. A hispanic lady & a young african american woman who go above and beyond for you. Everyone else is just ugh. Headache. Too many questions & they take too long.

I call in the morning to try to make an appt and Kim was so rude she basically just cut me off and told me to go in person so i told her okay if i go in you'll help me without me waiting a long time and she said yes come on in at any time she didnt mention nothing about still waiting for a long time. So i went and when i got there she so rudely ask if i needed help I told her i had talk to Kim which was her and she said okay well you'll have to wait and you have 2 people ahead of you when clearly i was there before one of the other person she basically just skipped me. all i needed was a paper which shouldn't of had taken her a lot of time she could of just printed it out and go ahead and open her accts which take much longer. But the fact that she was so rude and skipped me i decided to just leave. She showed no intention in helping.
