  Deposit a check at the front desk, the teller states that money will be shown on account after a day. In the end it was on hold and took total of 10 days to be available. And it took me more than an hour on phone with customer service to understand this. I felt helpless and disappointed with the help from BofA. I wish this is a single case, but doesn’t seem like it.

  Went in to make a cash withdrawal and forgot my ATM card. The banker was super helpful and helped me verify myself via the app and complete my transaction quickly. In and out in a very efficient way. The building was also updated and very clean.

  Great to Have this Branch Open During COVID! With the Ridgefield location closed for all business other than ATM transactions, it is refreshing to see that the Wilton branch is open for customer walk-in traffic! It appears to be fully staffed and the teller line is always professional and efficient in handling a range of transactions. Great to see this quality of service at a big bank!

  ZERO STAR Worst Branch I have ever visited. I had one simple job to Notarize couple of documents and declaration form. The lady cheeked all the Original documents, id card, passports, BofA Debit Card. After that she informed me that she can not notarize my documents. I think she doesn’t have enough privilege to notarize any document. This is extremely unacceptable from a BofA branch. I am crushing myself to have my A/C and Credit Card with BofA. The funny part is, I took the same documents to Ridgefield UPS and got it notarized within 10 minutes. I recommend BofA Lady please talk to UPS Ridgefield and learn how to notarize. Keep up the worst service.
