TD Bank - Corporate Office Reviews

JRAZ A1Do not bank here. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I am treated like I don't matter. Look at the incentives and waved fees for NEW CUSTOMERS. There is nothing in place but grief and atm fees for the loyal customers. Mind you I have three accounts a credit card checking and savings.. Will be looking to switch soon.

K. Quinn1TDBank ran my credit without my permission for a credit card that their website said "could not be processed at this time". I called to ask why this would happen and was told that my social security number was supposedly incorrect on the form so therefore I did not qualify for the card I was unable to finish an application for in the first place. So you ran my credit anyway, although you had an incorrect SSN on an unfinished application, TDBank? How? Will be reaching out to file a complaint with the BBB and Experian Monday. The TDBank associate I spoke with said this was my fault, there would most definitely be a hard inquiry on my Experian score and was "not her problem". Be careful when looking into credit cards, financing, etc with TDBank, they are not trustworthy!

Deanna Reese1This company needs to change its motto of being Americas Most Convenient Bank because it is a far cry from that. First off the brick and mortar locations become very scarce as you near the south. Second their customer service department leaves much to be desired. Most of the representives give more attitude than help and when you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are put on hold for an eternity. Now the supervisors that they have on staff claim they will help you but do not. I have this from experience, they will tell they are doing one thing and then do something completely different or not do it at all. Basically unless you have thousands or more in their bank do not expect convenience.
