  Only bank I’ve ever been to with 1 teller no matter how busy they are just horrible service.

  Wait times are terrible for a busy resort tourist area. Only one teller for 8 persons standing in a line at 948am. The two long time tellers give great service while the 3 or 4 suits stand around smiling and greeting. Staff more tellers!!! The drop off and drive thru was closed adding to the misery of the customer....change this bank please!

  I went to Bank of America to cash a check made out to me and drawn on Bank of America. I had my current drivers license (verified) and my military ID, both have pictures. The teller would not cash the check until I went back to get my cellphone so she could send me a confirmation text. What the hell. My phone is not there for Bank of America and my IDs should be more than adequate. I hate this bank.

  Decided to open an account here after having miserable service at Chase. All I can day is wow. Hands down some of the best customer service I have had anywhere. The banker was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. All of the services are top notch. I have finally found a bank that I can bank with for life.

  It’s pointless to bank here. This is the only BOA open in my county I do believe and every time you call... no one answers. You have to walk in for them to tell you to make an appointment for another day even though there’s nobody inside but the teller and I and nobody in the parking lot. Find another bank that’s what I’m doing.

  Horrible bank with horrible lobby hours and wait times, just waited outside for it to open at 9 of course only one teller working with a line out the door. I sur limited business with Bank of America and this is why

  Why get deposit slips to deposit money into your account (when in a rush) if they are still going to ask you for your ID/ debit card making it difficult to, again, deposit money into your account. What a joke. Worst banking center.

  I always have the best service at this BOA. Whenever I arrive I am greeted and serviced right away. Maxmillian and Mason are great helpers, always ensuring that I am always satisfied after every visit. These workers know what they are doing, and really handle every customer with respect. Love banking with Bank Of America

  I was treated like a criminal when I went in to ask why I couldn’t withdraw money from my account. The teller had no business asking me “ how come you want to withdraw so much money?” I’m excuse me??? Last I checked I have never so rudely been asked what I’m doing with my money. Horrible customer service and I’ll be speaking to corporate.

  "Platinum Preferred" Client. Doing a mortgage with BofA. Needed to wire funds for closing. Was told at the branch that they were too busy to do a wire. Had to drive to Cypress branch which was helpful and quick.
