  My 2nd time going to this location. 1st time was very nice. But today a different story I was accused of being suspicious because my car is “blacked out” NOT true it has legal tints. The male worker was so rude to me, I thought he was kidding at first but he said what he said and walked away a total Jerk.

  Do not use this bank. Treated me like a criminal and refused to help me. It makes sense why there were zero clients inside the lobby when I first went to the bank.

  I received quality and friendly service at this branch of Fifth Third. I am from out of town and had several transactions that needed to be made in a timely manner. I found the bank teller to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in meeting all of my needs. She even brought me up to date on an alert on my app and helped me process this as well. I could not have asked for more. Thank you
