  Truly exceptional service. To say that the team at Waterstone was helpful would be an understatement. Between Beth , Jeffrey, and Jennifer they were truly very very helpful and professional throughout the entire process it was like having a family of support and assistance.   As first time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Beth Cherry was patient, responsive and great at breaking down all the real estate jargon we weren’t familiar with.   Inasmuch as I had little or no experience in obtaining a home mortgage, I knew it was important to deal with someone who not only was competent but also very patient. Beth excelled in both areas. On more than one occasion when I was either confused or just tired of dealing with all the paperwork, Beth invited me to her office and we worked through the issue. I truly felt I was fortunate in having a very professional person with whom to work as well as a great advocate.
