  Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very impressed by the customer service at this bank . Ms. Wendy was Awesome!!! . She did above and beyond to help me with my business solutions. I greatly appreciate Bank of America. This will be my new bank for business !!!

  Alvaro provided excellent customer service!!! As soon as we opened the door, he greeted us with a friendly hello and asked if we needed help. We explained that we are going to use the ATM machine to learn how to deposit checks and cash, if in the event we come after hours when Bank of America is closed. Instead of us figuring it out by ourselves, he made himself available to assist us during this process with step-by-step explanations, making this a fast, easy, and helpful experience!! Thank you for your guidance and positive energy.

  I opened a checking account and a credit card for my wife at this bank branch back in 2013. The banker was very friendly, and the process of opening the accounts was very easy. However, I noted that the banker stole my pen, apparently believing that it was hers. I love Bank of America. Their mobile app is super easy to use. I can easily transfer money to and from my Bank of America checking account with Zelle. My legacy Better Balance Rewards Mastercard credit card is one of my best cash back credit cards. My cash back Visa card gives me 3% cash back in categories that I choose (like drugstores and online shopping). Finally, my travel rewards Visa card is great for people like me who don't travel much and don't want to pay an annual fee. I just wish that Bank of America gave referral bonuses to their customers.   The worst bank branch anywhere. If you like to wait in line and be treated abysmally, then this branch is for you. Manager Diane Cankat as insured an awful customer experience. Bank of America allows this manager to treat customers poorly. Her people can do anything they like and if the customer doesn’t like it then TOUGH! Too bad there isn’t a zer stars.

  I am an Honors Platinum Member at Bank of America and when I went to have a document filled, I was treated poorly but the staff. Then I was asked if I bank somewhere else and I said I do have an account at chase, the manager asked me to go there . I am disappointed!
