  They differently need more clerks at this location. If anyone comes to this location to do any business, be prepared to wait a while. Like right now for example I have 12 people ahead of me waiting. It's differently terrible. I hope anyone finds this helpful. Stay healthy people.

  Don't assume you're going run in and run our. I rarely go into branches unless absolutely necessary. I work for many banks and understand that delays are not due to the tellers/agents but the institutions structuring. Staff was friendly and understanding.

  Nice bank. Polite staff. There is meter parking in front of the bank and free parking is behind the bank. Drive thru ATM

  Me and my wife went there to deposit check for less than 5k and the teller informed us because it’s Sunday they can’t call to verify the funds .minds you the check is from the IRS When we been told that we can’t deposit the check .we turn to leave the bank ,we face a close door we asked the guard to open he said only the taller can open and when they will finish with all the customers they will open the door.so we have to wait long time before the door open my wife is handicap . what’s a Sunday experience

  You guys need more people behind the counter! Lines get very long and workers are very slow! Extremely nice costumer service. Love everyone there but common. Capital one, you guys have to do better

  If I could give this bank no stars I would . I went to the branch on Sunday and gave power of attorney paperwork for me to be on my husbands account, I was missing a signature , I spoke with Melissa t customer service and she told me just have him initial , that I didn’t not need it to be re-notarized .( while David (teller) was listening to the whole conversation. So I went back today and he said that it had to be re notarized. Because it looked weird that the initial had blue ink under the black ink. What an incompetent person David is at the cedahurst branch! And the coprorate office will def hear about this!!!! Alicia

  Worst customer service ever! I will never step foot in this bank ever again! Management really needs speak to their agents! What happened to me in the bank today was gross. Go somewhere else don’t even waste ur time stepping into this location.

  Horrible customer service, checked in on the iPad and sat there for 10 minutes without being helped. Was not busy at all, all the employees just look at you as if you don’t belong. Wish I can rate half a star!
