  The facility is clean, easy & accessible to get to. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. They go above and beyond to help with my banking needs. The east hills branch is my preferred branch to go to.

  Service is extremely slow no one does anything and everyone just stares at their phone also I called three times and the automated person just hang up the phone all three times never let the phone just rang so someone can pick up. Overall terrible service have no clue how this bank is still in business

  Best B of A I have been to! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. ATMs are convenient and bank is very clean

  Easy to see right off of East Hills road servicing Old Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. ATM on premises. Staff is hit or miss. Give it a try and you decide.
