  Horrible horrible customer service. I needed a letter from them. After few calls and getting hung up or just blind transfered, I finally got a person that supposedly knew her stuff. After spending over an hour on the phone mostly on hold saying I am working on it. She finally said you should get the letter in my in box in max in 2 hours. I didn't receive the letter. So I called back there is NO RECORDS of me even calling. Bunch of useless people work in customer service.

  Love the quick service at the drive-through window no complaints here if you're in the area stop by and do your banking.

  I used to go to Mineola until this location came about. All the staff are lovely! I love this credit union because bank cheques are free! My other bank charges for it.

  I needed to deposit a check but the drive through line was all the way down to the stop sign. I just wanted to ask what other options I had, so I headed to the door. The security told me all I needed to know and then proceeded to tell me one other option that I didn’t know about. It was such great info!!! It was fast and easy and my check was deposited within the hour. Best of all, I didn’t have to wait on that line outside!!! Thanks to the guy, I saved myself a day and gave more props to this bank.

  I'm a member of this bank for almost 10 years & definitely I will never change it. Awesome & professional people. Everyone is there with a smile for u. I highly recommend this bank.

  Their service is not bad but I have a big issue with their disclosure policy. At the urge of the branch staff, I opened an equity line account. When I tried to close it, the branch staff told me it will cost me $850 to close it. And I did not use it that much ! I only opened it because they urge me to. When I complained to the mortgage department, they correctedthe fee t o $705. Still the fee is very vaguely defined in the contract. Had it know it will cost me over $1500 to close both my mortgage account and equity line, I will definitely not do it !!!
