  Horrible service. They closed my account and froze my money without any reason or notice to me.Every time I call I get jerked around. I showed up to complain they did nothing to get me my money back it’s been about 4 months and nothing has been resolved. 1800 number is useless and the managers here can’t give me a straight answer.

  Come to get things notarized and I’m waiting over 35 mins for a stamped paper. Why offer this service to have a waiting period for over 10 mins. I think all of the workers should have it, so we as customers don’t have to wait so long for a stamped paper. If this wasn’t the only bank close to my job I wouldn’t even bother coming ... Sad part they take their time on purpose.

  I went to this branch's drive thru to withdraw some money and requested it be in hundreds the teller said she didnt have and had to go to the back and get it. I kindly requested she do that but all i got was a nasty look, and told me i have to wait till she finishes with other customers and that i will take long cause she needs to go in the back. So basically I am not a customer who she needs to attend to and I forgot that yhe bank is a huge warehouse that it will take her forever

  Love doing my banking here... don't understand the bad reviews all of their staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond for the customer.

  Very very slow service at drive through I was waiting for 10 minuets then I went inside and spoke with MENAGER but they don’t care at all

  Its really sad when people have nothing better to do than nitpick at this fantastic branch. Been here for decades now, FOR A REASON.
