  There is about 6 employees and only 2 at the counter with at least 20 people in line.. an I have to now either have cash on me or drive to another bank to get a temporary card because this location does not have any temps.

  Workers here should open a teller window instead of going and hiding in the back when there are 15-20 people inline. Need to learn what customer service means.

  Horrible every time! They have one teller, 11 windows 20 people in line. They are slow, this will be my last time coming to this bank of America. Terrible, just Terrible!

  Horrible!! Have to wait 15 min before someone even greets you, then another 20 min. If you know your bank is busy why on have more employees on that day!

  Held 32 minutes on 800 number because 150 dollars disappeared from my checking account. Called local bank and they refused to help, only offered to reconnect me to the 800 number I had just held on for 32 minutes.

  This place always only has one teller. Be prepared to spend an hour and a half in line just waiting to be helped they need to fix their schedule or higher more people!!!!!!!

  Business banking line is never open. Expect 20+ minutes to see a regular teller for business deposits and withdrawals.

  It's over 50 people in line and they have 2 tellers. With the 2 tellers not sure if they are in training but the line is moving very slow. Will NEVER come inside this location again.

  I WISH I CAN GIVE THESE PEOPLE 0\"0" STARS. WORSE BANK IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND CARRY YOU ALL AROUND THE WORLD WITH A VOICE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE ONE MINUTE LATE THEY CHARGE YOU DOUBLE LATE FEES.
