  I've been dealing with this particular store for a couple of years, and they are great. I've never encountered anyone here to be rude. Really good customer service and always speaks kindly to me. No matter which employee I speak with. Very helpful. And respectful so far. Keep up the good work. And thank you for helping me when I need it.

  Got my samsung Galaxy tab a8 from here. No problems so far. I was debating on ipad 6 gen or the tab a8 and they helped me decide.

  I went to this location today AT 6:50PM. THEY HAD ALREADY LOCKED THE DOOR. AND THERE WAS 2 WORKERS STANDING INSIDE, SHAKING THEIR HEADS AND SAYING NO WITH THEIR FINGERS! THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO CLOSE UNTIL 8PM!! I PAID AN UBER TO TAKE ME THERE, FOR NOTHING. TERRIBLE!! 0 STARS!!

  My father passed away and I'm dealing with that and today was the last day to pick up my layaway item that I bought for him. Lexi said she would like to buy it for herself, and give it to her brother. all I need to do is come in there tomorrow morning and deal with my father's death today and this gal is giving me the hardest time and giving me a hard time and will not help.

  Will never go or recommend this place to anyone with dignity. The staff was very rude, testing everyone like they drug addicts offering pennies on the dollar for your valuable items. I thought pawn shops are suppose to help the public by giving them the best price however, they told me even if you bring in new itemsthey giving you 3% of the listed used price off Ebay. Total scam

  They work too slow, guy tried to hustle me for my 22k gold coin saying it was 14k. I know my own jewelry my mother gaver this from her parents saying it's not real then try and low ball me. They hire ppl that don't know gold or nothing
