Ashley Candace5So I haven’t been here lately but I went in here all the time from 2018-2021. And I was the best BoA I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed going in every week because everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. It’s a 5 star bank. In contrast the BoA on South Congress 78704 is the worst. It’s a one star. That’s the bank closest to me now and I avoid it at all costs by doing online banking. I had a poor experience there today and it made me think about how much better your location is.

Suly Goonetilleke1This location used to be great many years back. But its been going downhill the last few years. The final straw was when the bank manager insisted i sign another document bcs she was lazy to scan the original signed agreement for my safe into her system. They ACTUALLY REFUSED TO GIVE ACCESS TO MY PAID SAFE until i signed the new document in the spot. Thats a new kind of huslting and blackmail even after the safe was paid for months ago. I removed everthing immediately afterwards. Closing all accounts i have had there for 22 years. Absolute crooks.

Claire Who1AVOID THIS RANCH! The most terrible experience I have ever had at a BOA ranch. Especially their staff Luis Lopez Cuestas who has the poorest knowledge about their service, and the worst attitude to the customer. She didn’t even fix my problem and all she want is for you open a new credit card. I will never come back to this ranch ever again.

Bill Rabenberger1Worst bank in America. Their drive through is rarely open, lines are long, and fees are exorbitant. Why in the age of a pandemic can’t these people bother to staff the drive through? They are needed for parents of small kids and those with health issues. Once would be a fluke. 80% of the time is just blatantly not caring about your customers.

James Brooks1A crooked teller got caught trying to take $650 from my brother. When he sold his car he brought in the money to deposit it. She miscounted his money and told him it was $650 less than it was. When he told her they were wrong they assured him they were right. He went back in and called them out on it, and thank God the head teller/manager was professional enough to make the teller run all of her money in the drawer through to see if it was over. Lo and behold the drawer was exactly $650 over and they finally gave him his money back. Since you physically counted the money then used an AccuBanker/money counter to double-check the cash transaction, how could a mistake like that possibly happen? It couldn’t. It wouldn’t. It didn’t. Thief.

Krissy Blystone1I hate that I have to deposit at BOA for my work. In general they are not a good bank, this location is BY FAR THE WORST LOCATION!!!! Was in line today at 345 and when I finally got to the teller at 402 they told me tough luck they balance at 4pm. They also constantly forget to put my ID(which they require for cash deposits even though I am not on the account) back in the bag. What a horrible bank with no customer service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Other locations will take care of you right at 4 if your in line and won't forget your ID. On top of that they have 2 commercial deposits but refuse to utilize them efficiently and ask people to move up so they can help 2 people at a time. I only saw that happen once when it was convenient to them to leave on a Friday!

Craig P1I've been using this branch for 10+ yrs their customer service has become horrible to put it nicely. It might be a B of A thing but my money and business will be moving to another bank very soon!!

I've gone to the drive through ATM many times outside, but the other day I finally needed to go in to do more financial heavy paperwork, and the two people that assisted me were great. Both were super helpful, and I was able to open not one, but two different accounts in less than 35mins!
