  Arien and her team are fantastic. Beyond fantastic. We had a really complicated loan and are self employed and Arien and her team worked tirelessly, with incredible positive attitudes. We felt supported and important at every turn and will never do another mortgage loan or refinance with anyone else. I should also say Arien got our loan closed when other mortgage companies told us it wasn’t possible. If I could give Arien and her team 50 stars I would!

  Arien and the team we worked with (Grace and Tamisha) provided excellent service and made the loan process as easy as it possibly could be! Not to mention they gave us a STELLAR rate unmatched by any other lender, and were very flexible when our new construction home kept running into delays. I would 100% use their services again and highly recommend you do the same!

  Arien, Grace and the entire team is incredible! Honestly wouldn't have been able to close on my house without their help. They were always kind, willing to help and had a positive attitude. They definitely made this home buying process easy because they made me feel like they actually cared about me as a human and not just the money. Always willing to answer questions, which I had a lot of as a first time buyer. Can't say enough great things about this entire team. STOP NOW and use them as your lender!

  My family and I are currently in our brand new dream home. ALL thanks to Arien and her assistant Grace! They are amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into a couple of issues and Arien came with solutions almost immediately. she really did take the stress away from the process. Will definitely refer anyone that is interested in refinancing or buying a home to Her. She treats her clients more of family then just business.   Arien and her team are awesome. We found a home we loved, and we were having issues closing quickly to complete the deal. Arien and her team came in and clearly outlined what we needed to do and helped us complete the transaction. Arien and her team were fast, friendly, and efficient, we were so lucky to find her and get her help. We are very happy in our new home!

  Absolutely love Arien and her team. We are forever clients of hers! She’s down to earth and willing to help answer all your questions along the way, even long after closing! She and her team made the process as painless as they could possibly make buying our very first home. There’s NO way anyone else would have beaten the amazing rate she locked in for us.   I've worked with a bunch of mortgage brokers and banks in the past. Arien and her team are just the best. I already had financing in place when my agent introduced me to Arien. I was skeptical and didn't think she'd be able do anything that my bank already offered. I was wrong. She's creative, relentless and has endless hustle. She'll push her vendors/partners for the absolute best for her clients - but she won't oversell you for a quick buck. I wouldn't have pulled off my recent purchase (100% remotely) in record time without her and her teams support. They will take care of you. Thanks AB!

  Arien and her team rock the mortgage process. My refinance was completed within three weeks and came in slightly under estimated closing costs. Arien and Grace have made this somewhat arduous process very easy to follow and complete. Love their app.
