  Staff are friendly, there just not enough tellers. Constantly 30 or more in line.

  Poorest customer service ever. If you need to do something at this place, be ready to be treat like they own you a huge favor. Can’t even count the number of times they have made me feel uncomfortable there.

  They need more tellers working especially on the weekends. When there’s a line of almost 20 customers waiting, management should realize that 2 tellers alone can’t assist everyone in a timely manner.

  I have been a customer of Bank of America for 15 years and every time their service gets worse and they keep reducing their personnel in order to save money but they still charge me $12 dollars monthly for my checking account. There are 22 people in line today Saturday but only 2 tellers working

  Line is always out to the door and only 2 tellers. Sometimes there are two people on the floor and one teller. It's ridiculous. I will be going to another bank. This location should be closed because of their horrble service.

  I write this review as I wait in another massive line trying to make a deposit. This branch and bank for that matter never fail to aggregate me. Always one bank teller working while everyone else walks around, back and forth, or sit at their desk pretending to work. You would think they would have a few employees step behind the booths and offer assistance to customers but I guess that would be to difficult of a concept to grasp. I refuse to bank with BoA and this branch, but unfortunately for me, I have to drop off rent for a landlord here each month.

  Horrible experience. Always waiting too long. ATM went down and spent about an hour to barely fix the machine. Wish they had better work attitude and momentum.

  Really good branch with competent staff. They always help me since I open my account on BofA. Definitely ask to talk with Karen or Ronaldo, they great!
