  Highly doubt these reviews since they are mostly from people with 1 review. Gave them a shot and it was the worst experience I've ever had financing a deal. Terms will change at the end from what you're given initially and underwriting is a nightmare with constant requests one after the other without ever giving you a consolidated list of items for the clear to close. You've been warned.
