  Rarely and only haphazardly open. Status of open/closed changes day to day with little or no notice. BofA seems to keep Google Maps updated, but only the day of. For example, yesterday the BofA entry for this location showed it would be open today and today the same entry shows it closed today but open tomorrow.

  I had an aweful experience, i went to make a withdrawal that couldnt be done at atm and there were 7 people on the line waiting to get our turn with one teller at the window, waited a long time and then decided to leave and use atm, they should have more people helping customers. We dont have all day to make a transaction.

  Worst bank ever. Walked in Friday morning to a line over 10 deep with only one teller available. Took over 20 minutes to be helped. Why does anybody even bank there. I needed to make a credit card payment but would never bank there.

  Very Disappointed with this Bank of America & it's downfall into perpetual customer dissatisfaction!!! With never-ending limited hours and now Saturday Personnel shortages... Customers can't help but complain & feel dissatisfied with having to wait for 45-plus minutes to get any kind of customer service with their account issues. Time to think... CREDIT UNIONS! ~V.

  This location NEVER has enough tellers on staff. They are always rude since they restaffed. They are also EXTREMELY sloppy!! They have lost MULTIPLE bank slips on us. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! I’d i could give this location a star review it would be negative.

  Horrible customer service. You need to schedule an appointment to inquire on anything relating to your accounts. Dont know what they are doing but claim to be busy all the time. You see them sitting at a desk and doing nothing, but they are apparently working.

  Our experience is not good at this particular Branch after years as a client. Employees need to be more qualified and provide quality service to encourage longevity and trust. Disappointed and looking elsewhere!

  Whenever I come in there’s always a line and either only one or two tellers working. If coming in expect to spend at least 20 minutes in line and waiting to be helped and out the door.

  The lines at this place are ridiculous. Same old story, two tellers with 20 people on line and at least 5 other employees that I can see sitting around not doing much
