Matt1my savings account was frauded. I went in to add my wife onto the new account. I did not have an appt. there were 3 bank employees standing idle. one appointment was in the building. they said that they had too many appointments to help me. my issue would have taken 5 minutes--the bank manager's words not mine--and they would not help us. as I was driving out, one of the bank employees walked out to Starbucks for a coffee. WHAT A JOKE

Nicholas Waldon24 bankers sitting idle 2 tellers working as fast as they can and 15 customers plus more building outside, all as they pat themselves on the back for the opening of their new business only line that lets business accounts cut in line of non business owners. Think I’ll take my money where they might appreciate it better all with more interest

RostRoss1I came without an appointment, they said it’s impossible without it, I stood in line for 15 minutes to make an appointment, after 30 minutes I waited for my appointment and when my time came, I’m still waiting. I am sitting now and still waiting, although the time was appointed. 3 employees and at the same time the queue does not move at all, and the most annoying thing was that the woman just came and she was immediately accepted without a queue!!! 😡

Philip Puhl1What kind of bank can't provide quarters to its customers? Waited 20 minutes just to find that out. BoA has been garbage for a long time, but I think this was my final straw. Switching to another bank.

Erin Johnson1The absolute worst customer service ever. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the teller (salma? No name tag, I had to ask) was the rudest person I've ever encountered. I brought my check (boa) to be cashed. The same thing that I've done countless times. Today, she informed me there would be an $8 charge to cash a boa check. I've never paid a fee for this and have done it many times. She then preceeded to act like my Id wasn't real. I let her know that she could call my job as it's right down the street, and she stated that she couldn't do that. When I let her know that I had never paid a fee, she stated that I could go to my own bank if I didnt want to pay it. Just completely rude. This is why everyone that I know has left BOA.

Paige Jewell2I find it unacceptable for a branch to not answer their phone when customers call. I am rating the service, which I can't effectively speak to as I called 10 times on 5/5 and never once reached a person. As a web savvy person I know my question cannot be answered via the app or desktop account, and is branch specific. I can't believe this behavior is accepted for such a large company, and might have expected it from a small business that could be struggling, but no excuse for BofA that closed all the locations that were closer to my home. Fortunately, most things you need from a bank may be done with their app or web product, so I don't have to rely on terrible branches like this often. The hours are also dramatically reduced to 4 PM, which is also quite unacceptable to not allow any hours outside of normal working hours for customers that have jobs.

Jordan Mugford1VERY slow service. Understaffed. I almost got a parking ticket because the service was so slow! However, the security guard was friendly. I almost gave you guys 2 stars but the service was just too slow, which shows me that Bank of America does NOT value their customers time.

Sherri Pulizzi5Great customer service I didn't have boy a account but with valid id w as able to cash a funny mom wrote to me. Wasn't to crowded and security gaurd welcomed me and opened the door for me in and out friendly place.

Tanya Von Awe5I went to this location yesterday to cash a B of A check from a relative. I had a very positive experience. Everyone was very nice and polite. No problems. I had a VERY different experience at the Folsom Blvd. Rancho Cordova location.
