robert willis19/29/21 Revised So 6 months later and nothing has changed. Full lobby once again and 1 teller. Reason I am going to close my account and just signed up with a credit union. If you want good service stay away from bank of America...Ridiculous. Oh and after waiting for 20min. I was only able to get 1roll of quarters. Standing in front of the bank with employees inside relaxing and door is locked. No signs outside or on the door. Horrible service and way to go. Also please note how the "owner " left a reply for me to contact them on Facebook. I did and they just told me to go some other place. Lol if I could give zero star, I would. If you like customer service, Find a new banking service.

Carolina A1Just waited for 15 minutes in line and had to leave; 5 employees, 1 teller, 8 people waiting behind me and was told to use the machine outside in repones to my inquiry if someone else could help. There is never a merchant teller available here. It always takes forever for simple transactions. Headed to the Georgetown location and will now do all my banking there. Very disappointing since this location is more convenient for me.

Rachel Sanchez1I agree, the service is the worst. I used to love this bank, they used to really try to give good service. I remember they had greeters and great staff. The last couple years, I am always waiting and no one seems to care about the customers. I have not been able to resolve some issues with my account and I'm thinking of changing banks.

MrEraldo19871Horrible experience!!!!! Stay away from this branch!!! No one care how long you been waiting... all employees speak their own language... they are not busy at all just cheat-chats with each-other and the manager don’t give a f***. Sad that is no other BOA close by.

Dha Dha1Worst service ever. We went there at 12:55 pm and they locked the doors and wouldn't let us in. They told us to use the atm but then when we tried it locked us out of our account. The worst part was that they were still helping people inside.
