  For all that are wondering,. Express Credit Union will be the financial institution you retire with. Elizabeth gets major, no, MAJOR kudos for her representation, professionalism and warmth to members' needs. Talk about above and beyond the norm, these folx work to see how they can approve you. No need to be embarrassed about your financial status or entertain the question, will they help my situation. They absolutely will as long as you are legit and committed to achieving your financial goals.

  We have been working with Express Credit Union since 2015 we got the best low rates on our car and home purchase this year. Elizabeth Escobar and Cisco are amazing team, they working hard through all the process with the best professional response to all our questions, friendly and kind people.   I just spoke with Salvador regarding my personal loan and the information he gave me was thorough and complete. I appreciate him very much.I spoke to 2 other male reps and in short they were not rude, but did not offer any of the info that Salvadore did. One of them had me on hold for over 25 minutes and they never came back. I hung up of course. If I had been supplied with the infothat Salvador provided, it would have saved me a good 24 hours. I really appreciate Salvador

  Can’t say nothing bad about Express Credit Union, they always came when I was in a clinch with great services like the Holiday Loan or PayDay Loan. I been with Express about 8 years and they have plenty of programs to fit just about everyone’s needs and if they can’t they will give you instructions on how to make it happen.

  I love ECU. I will be moving all of my banking needs to Express as soon as I can. This is the best banking experience of my financial life! I can only say that for people who are dealing with not being accepted for loans by ECU, the issue is not with them! They are more reasonable than literally 100% of other banking institutions. So YOU need to fix your credit or let them help you learn how to do that!

  This credit union offers secured credit cards to help you build credit and they will also freeze your savings account for 6-12 months to help you save money. Roy at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Cynthia was very helpful when signing up for my account and she did really well going over the account information with me. Rebecca was very polite and fun to talk to while I opened my account. Rebecca left a very good first and last impression of Express Credit Union. These three made my day yesterday.

  Oh my goodness I can't believe all the perc's this bank has to offer it's patrons! I've been a member over ten years and recommend anyone I meet that has had issues in the past with banking to come by and talk to my bankers, they work with you. Thanks again for being there!

  Was in need of an account ASAP starting my new job. Andy Pena-Beltran from ECU was able to open one up for me and went above and beyond accommodating my banking needs. Overall, I had an amazing experience and was very happy and satisfied in the end. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone that is need of a checking/savings account or any other services due to their excellent customer service!
