  I used my atm card here on 1/17. I just found out that everyday since there has been an inquiry and yesterday when when I had a direct deposit I had another inquiry and then my money stolen. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN WITH A BANK ATM?? This was not some shady gas station. I rarely use this card and this is the only place I have used it in at least 3 months. Unacceptable. Now I have to wait 10 days for an investigtion.

  The worst experience I ever had at a branch. They couldn’t find my appointment so I had to prove I had one by showing them the email confirmation. Then the rep refused to handle me herself even though her appointment had called to indicate she would be late. Then I had to prove to them via another email that my savings and checking were supposedly not properly linked. This took them less time then it took them to find another person to handle me. When I explained that this was “your email”, this next banker vehemently denied it was from her. I should not have had to explain that my “your” meant B of A and not her specifically. I almost left the branch at that time. As a CPA I have dealt with a lot of banks and bankers. This was the worst branch I have ever dealt with. However B of A has provided so many benefits that I won’t leave them (though I came close today).

  Terrible branch I waited in line outside and then inside for a long time which didn’t really bother me because of Covid issues and all of that things take time. What did bother me tremendously is that near the customer line inside a closed area, stood a customer and an employee talking for quite awhile and they both had their masks pulled down!! I reported this to the supposed branch manager and she basically just shrugged it off. She pointed to the employee (the customer had since left) and said “he’s wearing a mask”. I said well he wasn’t for quite awhile and he was talking up a storm near the customer line. I told them I would be with the City Attorney’s Office on this and report it. Their attitude was to smirk and shrug it off. I told the employee to keep his mask on and he got threatening. I pretended to take a picture and they threw me out. I understand that wearing a mask is not the most comfortable thing. But, it is required by law in CA and especially in LA County where the virus is exploding. I am elderly, have underlying health conditions and am very concerned about catching the virus. Maybe the young guy and the customer would be just fine but what about the rest of us? I was appalled and shocked at the hostile and cavalier attitude of the “manager”and the young employee who just didn’t care about others to comply with the law. It’s not that difficult.

  Made an appointment online but when I showed up for my allotted 30 minute time slot I was told that I couldn’t be helped because the woman working (her name was Sheida I believe) “had a client” and didn’t have time to see me. So much for making an appointment. She was incredibly rude the entire time I was there. Every sentence out of her mouth was condescending and dismissive. I’ll do just about anything to avoid going back there and dealing with her in the future.

  I’ve never been able to use any ATM at this branch, they’re all broken and can’t deposit or withdraw cash. I tried to go inside but the doors are locked 2 hours before closing time.

  I didn't have a bad experience here, and I didn't have a great experience. But people seem to hate this branch, and for me it was just fine. The teller was friendly, and there wasn't a huge line at noon on a Thursday. It's a fairly typical branch!

  Under staffed and mismanaged. 15 people waiting in line, nobody to great the customers. When I asked why do they have only 2 tellers I was told they think there will be another one. Business banking only available after 2pm. This is the 3rd branch within 5 miles from my house and I’m keep running into the same issue. BOFA get it together already!

  Waited in a long line to make a credit card payment with a Male British accent teller on Saturday, before Columbus Day to have credit available for the holiday weekend and he did NOT do his job and transfer the funds. Get another job Bozo, because obviously this rude teller is not smart enough to follow instructions.

  This is so far the worst Bank of America, 9 out of 10 times have had a bad experience there. each time had to go to a different bank of America that took care of me right away. pretty much the only thing that's good and working right in this bank is there ATM outside. manager here sucks b***ls

  This BofA is easier to get to than the ATM on Ventura. They have 4 ATMs outside, two are covered in case it is raining. I prefer when they are inside. I've not had one of the machines fail on me so I guess that's a good thing.
