  I waited in line at this Branch for 15 minutes only to find out that the branches out of quarters. Every day it's something new, and I don't believe a word of it. We are being lied to from every entity. Who managers came out to explain how they're out of quarters and they can't put signs on the door for every denomination they run out of so they make their customer stand in line before they can find that information out. Those two managers lied to my face. I wouldn't believe a word they say.

  It has been my experience that banks offer the service of notarizing to clients. I had a form needing notarized for the University I am attending and requested a notary. The lady politely declined saying it was Chase policy not notarize documents not pertaining to Chase bank. ACCOUNT CLOSED WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I am not one for reviews, but I have to inform the public that most of my experience with customer service at this branch has been below the standards I have seen with Chase Bank. As a long standing Private client holder for nearly 12 years, this by far has not been the best with customer experience.

  The trader Joe's in this parking lot makes this Chase not worth going to. Don't get me wrong it's a great location if there was no trader Joe's to take the thunder from everyone. Prepare to be frustrated with parking and rude drivers

  So I walked in, wasn't not greeted or really acknowledged for about 25 min, stood there as there's no comfortable waiting area, asked this one girl all the way in the corner for assistance and she said I was an investment chase banker she wouldn't help me, finally 10 minutes to closing and then I can tell the manager starts to care that the only two bankers are busy because she's talking about how they have to be gone soon for they get overtime, 5 minutes after that I get properly acknowledged and she inquires about my visit, I explain I need some proof of income as an independent contractor and have paperless statements and just needed a printout of 3 past statements something Ive done many times in the past and only a few weeks ago, those however were already sent elsewhere but for the first time I'm being told that there's a $6 dollar charge for each month, never at any of the many other chase banks have I been charged this, even at my regular location only a few weeks ago, What I'm getting at is that this was an extremely uncomfortable experience, many people left where I waited, after all the time I spent waiting where had I known could've made it to my regular chase, I was rudely turned away by a member of management that only bothered to acknowledge me because she didn't want to pay her overworked or slow,(one girl was on the phone asking about what the other person is gonna have for dinner) bankers overtime, and granted I paid a bunch of bills and didn't have $18 to pay for statements I already save them from mailing to me for both my checking and savings accounts this is the worst experience I've ever had with chase, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE.... and if you like this branch, I encourage you to try some others, they are much more helpful, comfortable and polite....

  I'm not really like this place I'm always time have a horrible experience with anybody who work inside it's always time a problem to take the cash ... Im notes realli face of this Platz Im Alva Tim Hawa and horrible eksperientse anovody vith WMO Vork inside its alvaos Tim and the problems TAKE Tkhe cereals ...

  CHASE is by far the best Bank that I have used since Savings And Loans.
