  I came in here for the first time on a Saturday to deposit a check and the staff was super nice and helped me with some questions I had. Great and efficient service!

  I am truly amazed and must say very upset with this bank!! After walking to the bank and waiting in line for 15+ minutes and watching the manager (I don’t know what his title was) asking if he could help the people in line behind me and giving someone off the street change for a $50... I finally get to the teller explaining I needed to deposit money into my daughters account after asking if I had an account I was told no we don’t take cash for a deposit????? All I wanted to do was to put $50. into my daughters account??? I must say that I am shocked that they think everyone that deposits cash is laundering money ridiculous and I would NEVER EVER open an account with B of A!!

  I don’t understand why I must to open an credit card account so that I can get a good service? The worker tried to convince me to open another account for no necessary that’s kind of sick,and after I rejected it they change to different face. “Good experience “.
