  Very Poor and Slow Service!!! Charge for Every And Anything They Can....They Tried To Charge Me $35. To Close My Acct. Good Thing I Emptied It Before I Went To Close It. The Fat Bald Chinese Blob Tried To Threaten Me,I Told Him Fat Chance Getting A Penny From Me!

  I am a premier Bank of America customer for over 35 years. I am ready to change banks due to the exceptionally poor service that Ive recieved at this branch, two blocks from my house. I was advised to visit my branch for some assistance to set up,automatic bill pay. I had an appointment to speak with someone at the bank. At our appointment, she told me she couldnt help me, I should go home and set it up on line myself. That was why I was there, because I was confused about how to set it up on line, and had been advised to go to the bank in person. Today, I need to call the bank about a check I recieved and discuss my mortage escrow acct.. Ive been calling them for an hour, with no one answering. Suffice to say, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

  My phone experience in locating 800 Irving was a nightmare! I couldn't reach 800 Irving Street. The phone numbers took me to the east coast and back. I'm very Angry. If it weren't for "Kai" who helps me at that branch I would go crazy!!!

  Consistently understaffed, especially on Saturdays. I have been told several times to use the ATM for transactions that cannot be done at an ATM. When making changes to my account, they tried to sell other services I dont want.
