  Excellent customer service. Padma went above and beyond to help me and my mother when we were there recently. I found everyone at this branch from Linda who greeted us to Leslie at the counter to be pleasant, professional and helpful.

  Terrible customer service. I called them to check my credit card because my credit card keeps showing decline after I paid off all amount I owe.I know it takes 2-3 business days to be transfer but it has been more than that. So I asked the lady to check the issue here and she reluctant to check and asked me to go online banking which I already did and nothing could solve in there that's why I called. The lady who was on the phone hung up on me, and felt really lazy sounds like doesn't want to work.

  I don't recommend this branch of BoA , because the associates there don't communicate clearly with the customers. They advised me to use my Travel Rewards credit card while I'm traveling to withdraw cash, but they didn't mention there will be 10 dollars fees per each with withdrawal. I could use my debit card and to be charged three percent which is better than 10 dollars. Therefore I don't recommend this branch.

  The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced in my life. Can't believe the lack of customer service their assisting manager (who claimed to be the manager) protrayed. Way to go Bank of America! My 150k a month business will NEVER do business with you ever again.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I came In today because i had issues with credit card. at the front area I asked, if I can speak with a specialist in separate office, but two people at the front area did let me speak to anyone, Instead they were holding me, giving very bad attitude. Lady, KATHY JAMANES (I’m sure how to spell it right), just walked away while I was still talking to her. When I told the other worker who’s name is, KELVIN ACEVEDO-LIZ, that I don’t feel comfortable to speak in public about my issue, he just told me that “no one cares about it, and I assure you that no one is listening to you”. There were people all around lobby area, and that was the last drop. I asked to talk to manager, and only after that stuff tried to help me. All in all horrible experience!! Extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service

  Save yourself from awful service. They don’t try to help and just want you to get out of the bank so they can get back to do nothing.

  Terrible customer service. Told me to make an appointment to have a document notarized, but there was no one in the branch and they were all just sitting and doing nothing.

  agree with Martinez！The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced in my life. try to kick me out because I “wasted” their paper for couple changes of my address！🙄
