  FRAUD bank...they have internal money-laundering process. Don't believe on their words and team. They had stolen USD $37,000 from my account. No communication, no transparency, no seriousness, absolutely CHEAT BANK. Employees don't even know how to talk to the customer... MUST GET SHUT DOWN BY US LAWS. advise for everyone - do not approach this bank. first, they will take you in confidence and then then will take your money without your consent.

  Can you please provide me the phone number to the New York branch? The number online is of no use,trying to open a NRE account.

  Very poor customer service over the phone nobody picks up the phone and when they pick up they are only interested to talk to you if you want to open mutual fund or life insurance policy. If you want to open a business checking account like I did its impossible seems like they dont even know what that is and it seems like not other banks from india is interested either.

  Worst customer service. This call seems to be going to India. It goes only to automated response. There is no way to get a live person's help. I could get to a person after 8-10 times of trial - error, who again tried to direct me to the system. I am planning to close the ICICI account. I will take my money to whoever else can help me.

  Absolutely, rubbish automated answering robot, circles around to the same option and never let's u go to the customer service department or to a live person to answer your questions....as others have said, no accountability. Who's responsible for the bank. ...even the review goes to the machine! Terrible.

  Funny thing is that despite of so many negative reviews and unsatisfied complaints, the bank management is doing nothing to improve the services. Thick skinned Rhinos. I am trying to open a FCNR account online but their stupid website do not work, asking for complicated documents, neither anyone from bank calling me back with my call back number.

  DO these idiots care or realize how bad their support is? Never available on phone. You get chat support only when you login except my issue is the login does not work even after following ALL their instructions in account setup. Asinine bank will soon be losing me as customer.

  Visitors beware , there is no ATM in this location. It is an ICICI office with no customer service oriented offerings, seems more like back office operations. I have been told that many people travel from far away places to access ATM only to be turned away. So please be wary.
